chiricahua - southwest adventure

{AN ALL NEW ADVENTURE TO A WILD WEST DESTINATION}
We are trying something new this year - and we are looking for a group of adventurers to explore it with. We will head south to a new destination - Chiricahua National Monument. You’ll camp with your friends, explore this new southwestern landscape, and then head into some historic towns.
It’s a chance to see something new with your friends. Make it a moment - hop in a van/car & set off on this all new adventure!
THE DETAILS:
We will meet on Saturday at 9AM, eat lunch in Tucson, then head straight to camp at Chiricahua National Monument
Hiking Sat & Sun in Chiricahua
Tour 2 fun towns - Bisbee & Tombstone and stay in a hotel.
Head home on Monday
Cost: $43 plus your meals (cost includes: campground fee, one hotel night with breakfast, gas, park entrance fees, insurance)
WHAT TO BRING:
Camping Gear:
Warm Sleeping Bag (sleeping pad & tent are optional) > if you need to borrow a sleeping bag let us know
We’ll bring a stove, fuel, pots & pans for you to cook > you need everything else. There will be a fire at the group site
camp chair (optional)
Food/snacks - you're in charge of your own food - (there are NO stores or restaurants nearby while camping)
Camp meals - Saturday dinner & Sunday breakfast and lunch/snacks
Money for dinner in Bisbee and on the road
Gunfight shows in Tombstone are extra ($6-$10)
Appropriate clothes/shoes to hike in (It’s going to be cold at night - bring layers)
A way to hydrate on the trail (water bottle, camelback, etc.)
