{Desert Oasis with Friends, Waterfalls, Limestone Cliffs}

This is one of our favorite spots in Arizona.

Fossil Creek is a beautiful spring gushing through Arizona’s scenic desert - it’s a gem worth exploring, especially with new friends. We will be leaving Saturday morning to head over to a couple waterfalls, jump in the water, and splash around for the day before heading back to campus.

The first falls are a just a short walk from our cars, then we’ll explore another set of waterfalls down stream (a 1.5m hike).

THE DETAILS:

• Leaving Saturday morning at 9am from LOT F - show up early to fill out waivers

• Heading to the falls - a 2.6 mile (round trip) hike thru a desert oasis to get to the 2nd falls, a quick walk to the 1st falls

• Swimming, hiking, and chilling by the water

• It will be HOT - bring plenty of water and sunscreen

• We should be home after dinner Saturday

  
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• plenty of sunscreen & water

• a swimsuit that you’re comfortable hiking in

• lunch/snacks for the day

• $10 for permits and gas (venmo or cash)
