*the guys are taking care of set-up, cooking the meal, valet, & host duties (contact kevin or ryan)

*the girls are making dessert (contact kim)

*we’re all gonna help clean up

when:
girls be at haas parking lot for your valet at 6:30pm
we’ll start dinner at 7pm
