FALL BREAK ADVENTURE
{ALIEN LANDSCAPES & SCULPTED SLOT CANYONS}
The first time you wind your way down a narrow slot canyon or walk up to the edge of a towering sandstone cliff it’ll get your attention >> Bryce & Zion National Park in southern Utah are just begging to be explored > so we're going to explore as much of them as we can over fall-break. It’s about you & your friends creating new memories in wild & beautiful places.
We think this'll turn out to be one of your favorite places on earth.
THE DETAILS:
Zion is just 6+ hours away. We'll leave Thursday morning (your fall break)
We’ll do an afternoon hike in Zion on Thursday, camp out, then hike, explore, climb, & laugh our way through the park Friday & Saturday morning > then head home Saturday early afternoon > getting us home Saturday night. That gives you all day Sunday to rest & get ready for the week.
We’ll be camping 2 nights in Zion (bathrooms available)
lows are in the 40’s, pack accordingly!
WHAT YOU NEED:
$25 (cost includes: campground, gas, park entrance fees, insurance).
Camping Gear:
Warm Sleeping Bag (sleeping pad & tent are optional) > if you need to borrow a sleeping bag let us know
We’ll bring a stove, fuel, pots & pans for you to cook > you need everything else.
Food/snacks - you're in charge of your own food - (there are stores & restaurants really close)
Appropriate clothes/shoes to hike in (It’s going to be cold - bring layers)
A way to hydrate on the trail (water bottle, camelback, etc.)
